Overview
U.S. Games Systems is looking for part-time Customer Relation/Sales Associates to supplement its in-house department. Interns with prior work related experience are welcome to apply. U.S. Games Systems is the leading publisher of proprietary products encompassing the world of tarot and the New Age movement in deck and book form, specialty playing cards, informational card decks and games for kids and the entire family.
Job Description
Contact existing retail accounts to develop an ongoing dialogue to provide customer support, promotional programs and product information. Some phone sales may be required but USGS sales approach is customer-centric without a hard sell. Familiarity with computers is essential as CRM programs are used for customer support. No cold calling.
Job Requirements
We are looking for people who are enthusiastic, outgoing, have excellent phone skills and have the ability to establish dialogue and relationships with existing customers.
-This job requires regular phone interaction
-Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and Internet savvy)
-Part-time employment between 9am-5pm
Location: Stamford, CT
Compensation: Hourly Plus Commission
